Our Values
Palmstone Care Services is an organisation set up to provide its community with outstanding domiciliary care. Our core values make us stand out from our competitors. At Palmstone, our aim is to provide our clients with care that is safe and compassionate, competent, dignified and based on individual needs. Choice, privacy, respect, equality and inclusion are some of the values we use to promote well-being at Palmstone among our Service Users and staff alike.
Reflective Practitioners
This helps us improve on our mindfulness and good practice. As reflective practitioners, we assess, analyse, plan, and implement. Then we reflect on feedback, improve and then do it all over again. Honesty and transparency are very important here.
Inclusion
Your health care professional will keep you company, help with your daily routine, but most importantly will encourage and help you to meet up with friends, go on trips and generally make it possible for you not to be excluded from your society.
At Palmstone Solutions we are committed to the highest ethical standards of best practice in recruitment and are constantly adding value to our services through our unrivalled experience in health care and education sectors.
Person-centred
For us means: Choice, Dignity, Diversity, Equality, Inclusion, Privacy, and Safety. It also means the 6 Cs of the health and social care: Care, Compassion, Competence, Commitment, Communication, Courage
We believe that every individual is unique and that regardless of one’s health conditions, one should be able to live a happy and comfortable life. At Palmstone we therefore provide well trained staff who always deliver best person-centred care.
Maintain Health and Well-being
Physical health problems can cause discomfort and affect activities of daily living, participation in social
activities and independence, and therefore mental wellbeing. We will not only attend to your physical health - we will also make sure you are comfortable and happy in your home.
Training
Continuous Professional development of our staff is very important to us. It is also important to us that our staff are compliant at all times. To this end we ensure that appropriate training is given to all staff and updated when due. Interested in joining us? Contact us and discuss our apprenticeship programs in Health and Social Care.

Our Focus
Alzheimer's & Dementia Care (Mental Health Care)
Palmstone Care Services have experienced staff who can provide in-home care, rather than in a hospital or care home. We provide in-home non-medical care working alongside other specialised medical and health professionals. This can allow a person with Alzheimer's, dementia or other forms of mental health problems to stay in their own home while being cared for. It also can be of great assistance to Service User’s caregivers.
Physical disability
A physical disability is a physical condition that affects a person's mobility, physical capacity, stamina, or dexterity. This can include brain or spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, respiratory disorders, epilepsy, hearing and visual impairments and more. We have trained and experienced healthcare staff who can look after you in conjunction with other health and medical practitioners.
Sensory impairment
Dementia and hearing loss can also make people feel socially isolated, but we have care professionals at hand to make them feel part of the society again and improve their well-being.
